At Homes of Love, we believe every child deserves the stability and love of family. For more than 25 years, we've watched children in our homes grow, heal, and thrive through the power of lasting relationships. Now, through Families 4 Families, you can be part of that story.

This brand-new opportunity invites families in the U.S. to learn about the work of Homes of Love and discover more about the countries and families we serve, while praying and giving in ways that make a lasting impact.

About Our Program

For just $1 a day, your family will partner with Homes of Love to provide stable, loving families for children in need. Every quarter, your family will receive a Families 4 Families Connection Box. This meaningful experience is designed to connect your family with the mission of Homes of Love in a hands-on and engaging way. Each box includes a child spotlight from our Homes of Love families, interactive age-specific activities, prayer guides, and creative ways to learn. It’s a chance to bring your family around the table, open your hearts, and be part of something bigger than yourselves.

What Your Gift Does

Your participation directly supports the daily care of children in our homes by providing food, clothing, education, health care, and the love of parents who are raising them as their own.

What does my monthly support do?: Your monthly gift directly supports the daily care of Homes of Love families. This includes essentials like food, clothing, education, healthcare, and the loving care of parents who raise these children as their own. Your donation helps create stability and opportunity for a child who once faced uncertainty.
What if I have multiple children in different age brackets?: That’s wonderful! Families of all sizes and stages can participate together. Each Families 4 Families Box includes flexible activities and conversation prompts designed for a variety of ages, so whether you have preschoolers or a preteen, your family can engage meaningfully together. Connection Boxes are specifically designed for 2–6-year-olds and 7–12-year-olds. The cost to participate is $30/month for families with one child, or $35/month for families that have 2 or more children, regardless of the age bracket.
How often will I receive a Families 4 Families Box?: Families will receive a quarterly box in December, March, June, and September. The first box will arrive in December 2025, in time for Christmas!
How do I receive my box?: There are several convenient options for receiving your Families 4 Families Box. You can pick it up directly at the Homes of Love office, or if you live in Knoxville, we’re happy to hand-deliver it to your home or drop it off at one of our partner churches. We can also ship Families 4 Families Boxes to addresses outside of Knoxville but within the United States. At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping, but families anywhere in the U.S. are welcome to join the program.
Can I give this as a gift?: Yes! Families 4 Families makes a wonderful gift for the special children in your life. Consider giving a subscription as a meaningful Christmas or birthday gift for your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, or any child you want to inspire with generosity and compassion. It’s a gift that helps them grow in faith and kindness while changing the lives of children in need around the world.
Is my donation tax-deductible?: Yes. Homes of Love is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and a portion of your annual giving is tax-deductible. Of the $360 annual Families 4 Families subscription, $300 qualifies as a charitable donation. The remaining amount covers the value of the quarterly boxes you receive, which falls under the "goods and services provided" category. You'll receive an annual giving statement for your records.
Can I give beyond my subscription?: Absolutely! Families 4 Families participants may choose to give additional gifts throughout the year. We love seeing families giving together. Whether that means children sharing a portion of their allowance, setting aside birthday money, or hosting a birthday party that raises funds for Homes of Love instead of receiving gifts. Every act of generosity, big or small, helps provide care and stability for children in our Homes of Love families.
Can I tell friends and family about this program?: Yes! We would love for you to share Families 4 Families with your friends and loved ones. It's a wonderful way to invite others into a story of generosity and connection. However, please note that we are only opening this as a pilot program for 100 families this year. Encourage those interested to sign up soon to secure their spot and be part of this special first group.
