At Homes of Love, we believe God intends for every child to grow up in a family—and just like in biological families, that commitment lasts a lifetime. For more than 25 years, we’ve watched children in our homes grow up, graduate, and step into God’s calling for their lives.
As our ministry has grown, so has our commitment to help students pursue college and vocational training. Just like in any family, older children come with greater expenses. That’s why we’ve launched the Higher Education Partnership Program.
The Higher Education Partnership connects generous partners with students who are working hard to pursue their education. It is designed to empower young adults raised in Homes of Love to thrive in trade school, college, and university. Your support covers tuition, housing, books, an annual student retreat, and ongoing guidance from a dedicated in-country staff member who walks alongside each student throughout their college journey. Through this program, students receive more than just financial support. They are also spiritually and emotionally championed as they take their next steps toward a brighter future.
In Vietnam, only about 30% of young people enroll in higher education, with financial need being one of the most significant barriers. Yet the impact of earning a degree reaches far beyond the individual. Educated adults are more likely to support their families, care for elders, and invest in their churches and communities. In fact, one degree can change the trajectory of an entire family’s future. A college education can triple lifetime earnings and significantly reduce the likelihood of long-term poverty.
